Chicken wings
Ingredients:
16 Chicken wings
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 tablespoon Six Gun Spice
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon mixed spice
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon black pepper oil
1 tablespoon oil
For the sauce/glaze:
¼ cup hot sauce
¼ cup Asian barbecue sauce
1 cup crème fraîche
1 teaspoon dry soy sauce

Cut the wings into drums and layers, then dry with paper towel. Mix cornmeal, six spice, garlic salt, mixed herbs, paprika, corn, black pepper, olive oil, add wings and top with potato mixture. Place chicken wings in a single layer in an airtight container. Set the Airfryer Grill & Multicooker to 180°C and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until the wings are crispy and golden brown. Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients for the sauce. When the wings are ready , brush them with sauce and serve immediately.
Tip: Garden salad is delicious with mashed potatoes or grilled vegetables.
