Chicken Ranch Bacon Stuffed Loaf

Ingredients:

– 1 (16 inch) Italian bread
– 1 (8 oz) package chives and onion cheese, soft
– 1 cup 1 cup vinaigrette
– 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 3 cups rotisserie chicken, roughly chopped
– 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 3 medium green onions, finely chopped
– 3 cups grated Colby cheese, divided
– 1 tablespoon melted butter

Preparation :
1 Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and prepare a baking tray.
. Add the ground rotisserie chicken, crumbled bacon, chopped onion, and 1 cup Colby-Jack cheese and mix well.
3. Prepare the bread: Cut the Italian bread in half lengthwise and remove the bread from each half.
4. To assemble: Spread 1 cup grated Colby-Jack cheese on half of whole wheat bread. Spread the mixture evenly over the cheese. Add remaining 1 cup Colby-Jack cheese on top. Place the top half of the bread on top of the filling and press gently to seal.
5. Final touches: Spread melted butter on the toasted bread. Wrap the bread in foil and seal tightly. reba bike
