Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole is a buttery and flavorful dish that combines flavorful chicken, crispy bacon, and spicy ranch seasoning, baked with melted cheese. It’s a comforting and delicious dish that comes together quickly and is perfect for a busy weekday. 97 8 ounces pasta (I used shells)
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
salt/pepper to taste
14.5 ounces Alfredo sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 and oil 9 x 9 baking dishes.
Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook the bacon for 7 minutes until crispy.
Drain the bacon grease from the pan and place the bacon on paper towels to drain any remaining grease. Add olive oil, fried chicken (still raw), and Ranch mixture to a
Gallon Ziploc bag. Close the bag so that it is properly secured.
Add the chicken to the pan and cook until brown.
Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water until al dente.
Drain the water and place the pasta in the baking dish.
Add cooked chicken and Alfredo sauce to the pasta.
Sprinkle the cheeses, bacon and salt/pepper over the Alfredo sauce and place the dish in the preheated oven.
Bake for about 15 minutes until the cream and cheese melt.
Remove from oven and serve!
Enjoy!
