1. **Prepare the Waffles:**
– In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
– In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk, vegetable oil (or melted butter), and vanilla extract. Mix well.
– Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined (do not overmix).
– Preheat your waffle iron and lightly grease it with non-stick spray.

– Add the shredded chicken and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

3. **Assemble the Dish:**
