Stuffed Meat Rolls on Skewers
Ingredients:

– 1 lb thinly sliced beef or pork
– 8-10 strips of bacon
– 1/2 cup dried plums (prunes), chopped
– 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1/4 cup whole grain mustard
– 2 tbsp honey

Instructions:
1. **Prepare the Meat:**
– Lay the thinly sliced beef or pork on a clean surface.
– Season with salt and pepper.
2. **Add the Filling:**
– Place a strip of bacon on each slice of meat.
– Sprinkle the chopped dried plums and fresh rosemary evenly over the bacon.
3. **Roll the Meat:**
– Starting from one end, roll each slice of meat tightly into a log.
– Secure each roll with a skewer, ensuring the rolls stay intact.

4. **Prepare the Glaze:**
– In a small bowl, mix the whole grain mustard and honey until well combined.
5. **Cook the Rolls:**
– Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

6. **Glaze the Rolls:**
– During the last few minutes of cooking, brush the rolls with the mustard and honey glaze.
