Ingredients:
– 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
– 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
– 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuits
– 2 tablespoons melted butter
– 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

1. **Preheat the Oven**: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. **Prepare the Filling**: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
3. **Assemble the Dish**: Pour the chicken mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread it out evenly.
4. **Add the Biscuits**: Arrange the refrigerated biscuits on top of the chicken mixture. Leave some space between the biscuits as they will expand during baking.
