Ingredients:

– 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 8 oz fettuccine
– 2 cups heavy cream
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons butter
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Season chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and slice.
3. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add cream and bring to a simmer.
5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
6. Add fettuccine and chicken to the sauce, tossing to coat.
7. Garnish with parsley and serve.
