Ingredients:
– 6 large eggs
– 1/4 cup milk

– 1/2 cup grated zucchini

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)

2. **Prepare the Vegetables**: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add the grated zucchini, grated carrot, chopped bell pepper, and chopped onion. Mix well.
