Cheese Loaded Pocket Tacos
Ingredients
1 package taco seasoning
1 pound ground beef
½ cup salsa
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
12 6-inch tortillas

Crumble the ground beef into a pan and brown thoroughly.
Drain the fat from the pan.
Add the packet of taco seasoning mix according to package directions.
Beat the cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth.
Add a cup of sauce and mix well.
While holding a tortilla, place a tablespoon of the cheese mixture in the center of the tortilla.
Top with a tablespoon of beef flavored taco to cover the sauce and cheese mixture.
Sprinkle them with grated cheese.

Fold the tortilla and fill it as desired B. Making a burrito
Lightly spray a baking sheet
Preheat the oven to 350*
Place the rolled tortilla on a greased baking sheet
Brush the top of the tortilla rolls with melted butter
Bake for 15 minutes .
Remove from oven and add toppings of choice including lettuce, salsa, sour cream, olives and more cheese.
