BIZOIT CARROTS
INGREDIENTS
250 g carrots
200 g wheat flour
1 packet of baking powder

125 ml sunflower oil
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
200 g brown sugar
Icing sugar

PREPARATION
- Heat the oven to 180 °C before.
- Peel and grate the carrots.
3.Put the result in the glass of a food processor or blender, add the sunflower oil and mix until a homogeneous paste is obtained.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture increases in volume.
- Combine the two mixtures and add the vanilla extract.6. Add the sifted flour and yeast and mix well.
- Grease a mold with oil and pour the dough into it.
8.Bake for 30-35 minutes, remove from oven and let cool.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into portions and serve
