Ingredients:
1 kilo roast beef, cut into small pieces
1 cup barley flour
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
4 cups minced meat
2 cups water
2 cups fried carrots 97 Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, fry the onion and garlic until soft.
Add barley, broth, water, carrots, celery, peas, bay leaves, thyme, salt and pepper. Animate the connection.
Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 45 minutes or until the barley is tender.
Return the meat to the pan and cook for another 15 minutes or until the meat is cooked through.
Season and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Warm up and enjoy!
