– 1 cup stone-ground grits

– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 2 large eggs, lightly beaten

1. **Prepare the Grits:**
– In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
– Slowly add the grits, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
– Reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring frequently, until the grits are thick and creamy (about 20-25 minutes).

– Add the shredded cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and butter. Stir until fully melted and combined.
