– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
– 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
– 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional, for heat)

1. **Prepare the Chicken:**
– Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
– In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
– Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the chicken tenders.
– Wrap each chicken tender with a slice of bacon, securing the ends with a toothpick if necessary.
2. **Prepare the Honey Glaze:**
– In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and chili flakes.
– Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened (about 5 minutes).
