Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:
– 2 ripe avocados
– 1/2 cup cocoa powder
– 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
2. Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and salt.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Transfer to serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
