Air Fryer Tea Loaf
Tea Bread Make delicious tea bread in your air fryer with this easy recipe. With just a cup of tea (without milk), a cup of raisins, an egg and a cup of self-rising flour, you can whip up a delicious treat in no time.
Start by letting the raisins steep in the teacup for a short time. Next, mix the soaked raisins with the egg and flour and mix well. Optionally, you can enhance the flavor by adding glacier cherries, like I did the first time.This timeless recipe has been very popular for years and I personally have been baking it in the oven for over three decades. However, I was pleasantly surprised that it transferred beautifully to the air fryer.
