“Sweet Cinnamon Crust Bread”
Ingredients:
- For the bread:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Instructions:
- Prepare the Oven and Pan:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Mix Dry Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine Wet Ingredients:
- In another bowl, mix together the sugar, egg, milk, and oil.

- Pour the remaining batter on top, then sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar over the batter.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the top.

- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
- Cool and Serve:
- Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice and serve.
