Ingredients:

  • 1 pound cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup almonds, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cheese Mixture:
    • In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
  2. Add Fruits and Nuts:
    • Fold in the chopped dried apricots, cranberries, raisins, sliced almonds, and pistachios into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Form the Roll:
    • Lay a piece of plastic wrap on your counter and spread the cheese mixture onto it, forming a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
    • Using the plastic wrap as aid, roll the mixture tightly into a log shape. Twist the ends of the plastic wrap to secure.
  4. Chill:
    • Refrigerate the roll for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until firm.
  5. Serve:
    • Unwrap the roll and slice it into rounds.
    • Serve as part of a dessert platter or as a sweet snack.
