Ingredients:
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 cups desiccated coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cherry preserves or cherry pie filling
- Extra desiccated coconut for coating
- Optional: melted white chocolate for dipping
Instructions:
- Prepare the Coconut Mixture:
- In a large bowl, mix the condensed milk, powdered sugar, desiccated coconut, and vanilla extract until well combined. The mixture should be sticky but firm enough to shape.
- Form the Balls:
- Take a small amount of the coconut mixture and flatten it into a disc in your palm.
- Place a small teaspoon of cherry preserves in the center.

- Coat the Balls:

- Chill:
- Place the coconut balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
