Ingredients:
- For the Broth:
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1-2 tablespoons sriracha or your favorite chili sauce (adjust for heat level)
- 1-inch piece of ginger, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- For the Ramen:
- 2 packs of instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 12-16 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup shredded Napa cabbage or bok choy
- 1/2 cup carrots, julienned
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped

- Prepare the Broth:

- Let the broth simmer for about 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Cook the Ramen Noodles:
- While the broth is simmering, bring a separate pot of water to a boil.
- Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

- Divide the cooked ramen noodles into serving bowls.
- Ladle the hot broth, shrimp, and vegetables over the noodles.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and fresh cilantro.
- Serve:
- Serve the spicy shrimp ramen hot, with extra sriracha or chili sauce on the side for those who like more heat.
