Lemon Biscotti Recipe
Ingredients:
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 3/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1. **Preheat Oven**: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. **Mix Dry Ingredients**: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. **Cream Butter and Sugar**: In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
