– 1 cup broccoli florets, finely chopped
– 1/2 red bell pepper, finely chopped
– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
– 1 garlic clove, minced
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
**Instructions:**
1. **Prepare the Chicken:**
– Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
– Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
– Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
2. **Make the Filling:**
– In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, red bell pepper, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and minced garlic. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. **Stuff the Chicken:**
– Spoon the broccoli and cheese mixture into the pocket of each chicken breast, dividing the filling evenly among the four breasts.
– Secure the opening with toothpicks if necessary to keep the filling inside during cooking.

5. **Serve:**
– Remove the toothpicks from the chicken breasts before serving.
– Serve hot, with your favorite side dishes such as mashed potatoes, rice, or a fresh salad.
