**Ingredients:**

– 1 pound beef sirloin or flank steak, sliced into thin strips
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
– 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
– 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
– 1 red bell pepper, sliced
– 1 green bell pepper, sliced
– 1 onion, sliced
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
– 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
– 1/2 cup beef broth
– 1 tablespoon brown sugar
– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
– 2 cups cooked white rice
– Fresh chopped green onions, for garnish
**Instructions:**
1. **Marinate the Beef:**
– In a bowl, combine the beef strips with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Mix well and let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
2. **Prepare the Stir-Fry Sauce:**
– In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, and rice vinegar. Set aside.
3. **Cook the Beef:**
– Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
– Add the marinated beef strips and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes, until the beef is browned but not fully cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

4. **Stir-Fry the Vegetables:**
– In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed. Add the sliced bell peppers and onion. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are slightly tender.
– Add the minced garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir-fry for another minute until fragrant.
5. **Combine and Cook:**
– Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the vegetables.
– Pour the stir-fry sauce over the beef and vegetables, stirring to coat everything evenly.
– Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens and the beef is cooked through.
6. **Serve:**
– Serve the beef stir-fry over cooked white rice.
– Garnish with fresh chopped green onions.
