**Ingredients:**
– 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 1 red bell pepper, sliced
– 1 green bell pepper, sliced
– 1 large onion, sliced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
– 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1/2 cup beef broth
– 2 teaspoons cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
– Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish

**Instructions:**
1. **Marinate the Beef:**
– In a medium bowl, combine the sliced beef, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Mix well and let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
2. **Prepare the Stir-Fry Sauce:**
– In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and beef broth. Set aside.
3. **Cook the Beef:**
– In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over high heat.
– Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
4. **Stir-Fry the Vegetables:**
– In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
– Add the sliced bell peppers, onion, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

5. **Combine Beef and Vegetables:**
– Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the vegetables.
– Pour the prepared stir-fry sauce over the beef and vegetables. Stir well to combine.
6. **Thicken the Sauce:**
– Stir in the cornstarch-water mixture to the skillet. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
7. **Serve:**
– Transfer the beef stir-fry to a serving dish.
– Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
