**For the Potatoes:**
– 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
– 2 tablespoons butter
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. **Prepare the Salisbury Steaks:**
– In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
– Form the mixture into 4-6 patties.
– Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

– In the same skillet, add the butter and sliced onions. Cook over medium heat until the onions are softened and golden brown.
– Add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup to the skillet. Bring to a simmer.

3. **Prepare the Potatoes:**
– While the steaks are cooking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cubed potatoes and cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
– Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the butter, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the potatoes evenly.
