Kiwi Smoothie Recipe

– 3 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped
– 1 banana
– 1 cup spinach leaves (optional for added nutrition)
– 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
– 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
– 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for added sweetness)
– 1/2 cup ice cubes
1. Place the chopped kiwis, banana, spinach leaves, Greek yogurt, and almond milk in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Taste the smoothie and add honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter taste.
4. Add ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
