**Instructions:**
1. **Prepare the Crust:**
– Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
– In a medium saucepan, combine the water and butter. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
– Remove from heat and immediately add the flour. Stir vigorously until the mixture forms a ball.
