Sticks: 6 large eggs
450 grams (about 2 cups) cheese

I PREPARE: Preheat and prep:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). heat a 9×9-inch light baking dish

Assemble the base:
Combine all the eggs in a large bowl and beat until combined. Season with cheese, cheddar, Parmesan cheese, flour, melted butter, baking powder and salt.
Improve taste:
Chopped green onions need to be stirred. Transfer the mixture to a heated baking dish.
Place the bowl in the preheated oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the center is golden brown.
Serve with garnish and let rest before cutting. If you wish, you can drizzle red pepper and fresh olive oil on it. Let it be the same.
