Best Pepper Steak

1. Add the steaks and make sure they stick together. Turn for at least 15 minutes. later.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat. Add the marinated meat and fry until brown. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
3. Add more oil to the same pan if necessary. Fry the onion, pepper, garlic and ginger until the vegetables are soft but cooked.
4. Return the cooked meat to the pan, mix everything together and season with salt and pepper.
5. Garnish with chopped onion before serving.
