Salsa Ranch Dressing (also called Santa Fe Dressing) is the seasoning you didn’t know you needed, but you do! Nice and thick with some heat, perfect for spreading on salads, burgers or serving as a dip on a veggie tray
Ingredients
3/4 cup salsa
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons (Package 1) Potatoes
1 tea spoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of water
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon of garlic-onion
1/4 teaspoon of garlic
1 /4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Add salsa to blender and blend several times until smooth.
Add mayonnaise, buttermilk, herbs and lemon juice and pulse briefly. Then add water, sugar and all spices. Mix until combined.
For best results, let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to blend together.
