“Ultimate Loaded Ranch Burgers”

 

Ingredients:

  • Ground Beef Patties:
    • 2 lbs ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)
    • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
    • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the Assembly:
    • 4 sesame seed burger buns
    • 4-8 slices cheddar cheese (depending on how cheesy you like it)
    • Cooked bacon strips (2-3 strips per burger)
    • Optional toppings: sliced onions, pickles, lettuce, tomato slices
    • Condiments: mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Patties:
    • In a bowl, mix the ground beef with the ranch seasoning packet and a pinch of salt and pepper. Avoid over-mixing to keep the patties tender.
    • Divide the mixture into 8 equal parts and form into thin patties. This recipe goes for a double patty setup, so thinner patties work well.
  2. Cook Patties:
    • Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they reach the desired doneness. Place a slice of cheddar on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt the cheese.
  3. Prepare the Buns:
    • Lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a pan to add a bit of crunch.
  4. Assemble the Burgers:

    • Stack the first cheesy patty, add a layer of bacon, then another cheesy patty, and more bacon.

    • Top with the upper half of the bun.
