Ingredients:

1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
1 ½ cups water
1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups uncooked penne pasta
25-30 frozen meatballs
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil, for garnish

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a 9×13 baking dish, combine marinara sauce, water, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Stir well to combine.
Add the uncooked penne pasta and stir again to coat the pasta in the sauce.
Place the frozen meatballs evenly across the dish, making sure they are partially submerged in the sauce.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
Remove the foil, sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the top, and bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
