Meat and Cheese Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef or pork
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika

- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions:
- Preheat and Prepare:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
- Cook the Meat:
- In a large skillet, cook the ground meat over medium heat until browned.
- Drain any excess fat, then add onions, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are soft, about 5-7 minutes.

- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden and filling is bubbly.
- Cool and Serve:
- Let the pie cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing. This rest period helps the filling set, making the pie easier to cut.
